I press Itunes and my library and albums appear and start playing but I don't hear anything. My volume is at maximum

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update iTunes?

I don;t remember

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your iTunes?

To run the albums I do ballet with, and also the store. Dead as a doornail.
