My i phone answers...

My i phone answers itself or conects without me turning the phone on. i didn't make this selection and am guessing the changed occured during an recent update and would like to be able to answer myself

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your iPhone?

2-3 weeks maybe, i've tried searching in settings with no luck

Open Settings. Tap General → Accessibility → Call Audio Routing. Tap Auto-Answer Calls at the bottom of the Call Audio Routing screen. You can disable or customize the auto answer here. If your iPhone is rejecting calls automatically, then open Settings > Do Not Disturb and make sure it is not ON. If it is ON, then turn it off. If that didn't work, then open Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings. This will reset some settings like calls, WiFi, passcodes etc but will not delete anything from it. So make sure you reconnect to WiFi and reconfigure password ***** Settings after this reset.
