I'm getting messages to increase my iCloud storage but I have eliminated excess photos and videos. When I tried to fix this myself following cues listed on the Apple Site i discovered all kinds of things that could be using storage that I don't know how to erase. HELP!

Technician's Assistant: Did the application come with an uninstaller, either on the installation disc or in the application's folder on your Mac?

Oh boy;-( you are chatting with the anti-tech! I'm totally NOT tech savvy......

Think he should know how ignorant I am able my devices and how frustrated I get......
