I don't remember my Apple Id password ***** wanted to reset my whole phone to create a new Apple Id and password

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

A couple of months ago.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

No can you please explain how I can do that

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I just hope that I can reset the whole phone and create a new Apple Id and password ***** this time stupid me will write it down for keepsake

Try putting in different emails of nothing comes up

Michael it is telling me that the process is being requested 15 hours to go.. I was hoping to reset it now cause I am using my friends phone and my Iphone has all my information on it.
