I am unable to...

I am unable to use my familiar password ***** after I have answered the security questions correctly. A new password ***** ***** and I don't want a new one as I am used to the one I have. Am I able to have a phone conversation with someone please

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

I haven't but for some reason I am locked out of iCloud, message etc. I am receiving emails asking me to reset the password ***** I would prefer to stay with my familiar one

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Yes, but they require a new one. As I have several devices I do not want to do this.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I am not sure what happened to put me into this situation, other than the fact I purchased a new iPhone

Thank you for your response. In the meantime I contacted Apple support, which is what I originally mean't to do and have resolved the problem. Unfortunately I thought I was paying just $5 for my question to be answered by your company, but then noticed my account had $59 deducted. As I have limited finances, I am upset.
