Since last Thursday, when I try to log into my Hulu Plus, the page comes up entirely empty.

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

MacBook

Technician's Assistant: What Operating System (OS) are you running on your MacBook?

No idea. What are my choices? My model is relatively old in computer years.

Technician's Assistant: The Mac Technician will be able to walk you through that. How long has this been going on with your MacBook? What have you tried so far?

I get to Google via Safari. Then I ask for Hulu. When the choices there show up, I choose either "Hulu Plus" or "Stream movies and television online". Then I get the blank screen.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Since last Thursday. I have tried phoning Hulu but there are always wait times of over 45 min to an hour.

OK - to allow me to connect to your PC/MAC, you must install free remote access software.
Before we do anything please save/bookmark this page so you can come back to it If you loose me.

Please click on this link to the AnyDesk website: https://anydesk.com/remote-desktop
Click on the "Download" box to download and install the software on your computer.
Once installed, reboot your computer.
Upon reboot, open the software from your computer and you will see an AnyDesk address, please give that to me and I will connect with it.

I do have slow service (we switched from Frontier to Excede. Still slow.) but I can access other web sites with no problem. Only my Hulu account has disappeared.I have no idea how to bookmark a page and I am hesitant to download anything. I will try to get an answer some other way. Sorry to have troubled you. How can I get my $5 refund?
