I need the phone...

I need the phone number to talk to someone regarding charges made from an itunes account to my debit card. I did not make these charges and I need to know who is .

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update iTunes?

My two grand kids have iphones and one has itunes but I have checked their accounts and they did not make them, I have their phone numbers and passwords if you need to check them. I'm not sure when they updated their itunes accounts. In the last two months there has been a total of about 250.00 charged to my account a little at a time, I first noticed it last week because they had done several in just a few days. My first response was that it was my grandkids but both denied it and after checking their accounts it doesn't show they did do it.
