I have an apple...

I have an apple I phone and Iam not receiving my tones and is not ringing when I get a phone call. All my settings are on and I've booted it down pressing both buttons but nothing is working. I took the phone to my local verizon store and they said its a problem with the local tower but when i get on another tower it does the same thing

Ok. So remote support may not be our best option, unless you have a computer you can connect that phone to. Also it is going to be hard for us to try and resolve the issue either way without one.
