I need to know my password, please.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

I had okayed my system to add the upgrade for iOS and it would not accept my password ***** 10 days ago.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

I think we did. My cousin was here helping me. I got a message that I would be told my password ***** 9:51 PM tonight. The phone call came an hour early and I was indisposed.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
