I have an iPad...

I have an iPad which I cannot use because it will not accept my ID and/or password. I went into appleid.apple.com and made a new password ***** my phone will accept but not my iPad. Right now my iPad is a doorstop!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Just changed my password ***** week while on vacation -- came home to try to reestablish, but no luck.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Where and what is that?
