Hello Mike, I have recently installed itunes on my pc and made purchases on the itunes store. My bank, CIBC was alerted by unusual actiity and send out a fraud alert to my phone. The problem with CIBC is fixed, but itunes does not let me puchase. i tunes asks me to contact you.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update iTunes?

I installed it on this pc several days ago and downloaded music once before.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your iTunes?

I try to purchase the same album. before the purchase gets accepted itunes sends me a notice to contact you. Cibc says all is good, there is no hold on my Visa.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?
