I'm trying to cancel a subscription for Smule, something I did not order. Email appears to be from Apple. I clicked on the link to cancel the subscription. I then entered the CORRECT password ***** got this message. Fraud? Hack? Screen Shot 2018-01-03 at 8.10.00 PM

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

About a month or two ago

Technician's Assistant: What can I say?

The procedure to unlock the account asks tons of personal information. Is it Apple or a criminal?

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
