When you find something you want to print, tap the “Share” button, which looks like a box with an arrow protruding from the top in most apps. Select “Print” from the list of options and then tap “Printer.” Select your printer model from the list and then set the desired number of copies. Tap “Print” to send the document to the printer.

That’s ok. Apparently Apple is having lots of trouble with these I pads. I think it’s the machine itself.

I kind of doubt it. I have several and do not and have not had issue through all of their product lines. Sometimes things happen. That is what support is for.

Back it up to a computer and wipe that thing clean. Empty as the day you bought it. Then test it to see if it works. You likely have a corrupt filesystem.

Not always. It can corrupt with use. Certain applications that are poorly written can cause issues. Typically they don't make it into the App Store, but it does happen. Are you backup up to iCloud?

They sure can. I think that if you are ok with wiping it that the best bet would be to do that first. It is a very easy process.
