Hi, I just signed up for apple music and it keeps crashing on my cell phone and on my MacBook pro

my iPhone 5 is not syncing up with my comp, I have a million photos on my phone that I'm not able to transfer to my comp, and now I just signed up for apple music so that I could stream music onto my new blue tooth speaker and it just keeps crashing,

on my comp when I try to play apple music streaming, is just flips through or scans through all the songs on that playlist, but then won't actually play anything.

I'm actually not able to... the app drops out or crashes each time I open it now. And on my comp it just scans and scans and won't let me do anything. It's all very stuck. I've turned everything off and restarted, closed all apps and reopened... same problem.

sorry... not your fault... I'm confused and frustrated. I feel like I keep paying out money and nothing is working. I do want some remote help so that you could get into my comp and fix things, but right now I'm concerned that the bill at the end will keep climbing and climbing... I have no sense of how this works. so far at each junction I'm asked to pay more.
