I'm getting the rolling beach ball on my almost new MacBook Air?

OS High Sierra

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MacBook Air? What have you tried so far?

It's been going on for about a week. I uploaded a bunch of photos? I tried quitting apps - only safari was open and finder. Did not make a difference.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I hardly use the memory in this MacBook Air so I'm angry.

There was some confusion about getting my answer. I never replied to email so I didn't expect an answer and I did pay the extra $43.00 (pending on my Am-Ex account). I am not satisfied and would like a refund. I downloaded the etrecheck but it won't send you the whole file.

I have an appointment with the Genius Bar at the Apple Store. Would rather fix this with a real person in front of me. Please issue a refund. I don't mind the $5.00 but I'm not satisfied with this etrecheck thing. It wouldn't paste to this space.
