Called last two days. Locked out of Apple ID. Messed up too…

Called last two days...

Called last two days. Locked out of Apple ID. Messed up too many times-locked out for 8 hrs. Called back after 8hrs-still locked out. CSR said they would call between 2:45 and 3pm(after24hrs), to help me again w problem. No call-still locked out. Cannot receive any mail to help reset Apple password. Gave me work #100392628316. Please call me to help me @(###) ###-#### Thank u

Can’t remember. Hav used it a long time. I was trying to clear mini iPad too give away. I was going to reset w all data/infor removed, but asked for Apple ID/and for password-guess I forgot and answered wrong too many times. Now it’s all a mess

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

The csr said that they would help me find right one to use when they called back, but no one called. They would not give me a number to call them back
