Well i ddnt use it before ..my uncle in the USAsent it to me

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Well i have never tried anything besides connecting it because i dont know anything of it right now

its an iphone 5c

It sounds like your mobile service may not be providing a good Internet data connection.

So next connect your phone to a WiFi network and try activation.

If that does not work, test accessing other websites through the phone and let me know if that works.
