If you feel that you have forgotten your Apple ID password, please go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid and type in your Apple ID and continue. Apple will then provide you with an option to reset your password ***** by email, security questions, text message, etc.

Then once you have the password ***** you can try and sign into the app store. If it does not work right away, you can try and restart the apple device and make sure you are connected to wifi and then try the app store again.

I did everything you said and when I get to my Apple ID it says it needs to be updated when I type in my password ***** freezes every time

OK I just sent an Apple password ***** email to whatever the email of m•••••@g•••••.com is I am assuming it is the***@******.***. PLease check your email for this and look for the link inside and see if you can click the link and reset your password. If you still have issues I may need to remote into your computer and help you fix the freezing issue.
