I selected as new apple id when i activate my new iphone.

I selected***@******.*** as new apple id when i activate my new iphone. Later on i changed my mobile and never used it for long time. Now I have forgot password ***** said email ID of icloud. Even i didn't know the icloud password. How i can activate this old mobule again?

May be i never changed or update it.

Go to iforgot.apple.com and reset your password. Once done you should be able to sign in.
