I can't find a...

I can't find a box to return a message or attach a photo to send along with a message. I can review previous messages, but can't send, except to send a verbal message.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of Apple device do you have? What Operating System (OS) are you running?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?

A week or so. I've looked at settings, and they seem okay.
