My iPad will not...

My iPad will not accept my password ***** I k now is correct. it seems to have gone on lockdown. I have tried everything. my son was trying to help me but think it made it worse

No idea. I am a Granny and not IT Literate

Just about 3 days and have frequently failed to get on to the wifi system in building

My wallpaper comes up but immediately disappears. It is flly charged.
