I have a new computer My old computer died along with all of my information. I do I get my iTunes account back up and working?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update iTunes?

I am not sure whether I have ever updated it. I just used it all the time to download and record music.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your iTunes?

I typed in iTunes on my search bar. It took me to a place to sign in. I typed in my Id and pw, answered security questions. I still could not get to my iTunes.
