I have a neat scanner that isn't working. i think it quit when i did os high sierra upgrade 10.13.2. Error message no/input image for NSDK3 supplied. Its also says no driver. Can you help. Bill

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your printer when you try to scan?

No. it docent do anything

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I don't know that i have
