I need help changing my password, don’t have a iPhone, have android.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Not sure exactly, wasn’t to long ago. Can’t remember it

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Yes...keeps asking to send it to my other Apple device

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

Not at this moment. I have another iPad that the passcode is locked, so idk if they will handle the both right now
