I AM NOT SURE IF MY TIME MACHINE IS READY -- BUT I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE ANY FILES.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Apple device? What have you tried so far?

I SPOKE TO ONE OF YOUR AGENTS. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL TOMORROW MORNING WHILE MY COMPUTER TRIES TO FILL MY TIME MACHINE. MY TIME MACHINE STOPPED -- WILL IT START AGAIN?
