MY IPhone -- they keep asking me to change my code to get in??? I cannot remember the most recent code. Cannot use the phone,, I am angry, so please excuse me if I carry on!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Yesterday or the day before.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

How do I do that when I cannot get into my phone?
