I have iPhone 5......my screen says my phone is disabled and connect to iTunes" I do not have a Mac computer. How do I connect to itunes

Technician's Assistant: What version of iTunes are you using to sync your Mac?

I do not have itunes

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reboot?

Have shut my phone off nemerous times . Is that rebooting?

The file should start to download automatically then install it.

Open iTunes then connect your iPhone

Make sure you select UPDATE (not restore) when prompted in iTunes.

If you are on a desktop, it will be on the front or back of the tower.

If it is a laptop, it will be on the left or right hand side.

I am still trying to download iTunes. I updated wrong one....need 64 and not 32. When it finishes I open iTunes up and it says what file do you want to open in...how do I open download.....just click on it? That's when it asks what file
