Using iPad Pro and...

Using iPad Pro and several other Macs with HP OfficeJet Pro 8000wireless printer. Always worked well. Yesterday tried to get it to resume being able print with my mobile iOs devices, no success, and now even husband’s work Apple Air laptop won’t print.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your OfficeJet: wirelessly or by USB?

It was always wirelessly til last night when we gave up and temp. Hhooked up to USB

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Yesterday, but on my iMac running Sierra iOs 10.12.6, but I noticed it was giving me weird error message so I reverted to using version installed in Sept 17.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I gather it is no longer possible to AirPrint or HP Smart Print or HP e-Print with this model printer. Thank you!

I have photos of 2 HP utility messages “unable to communicate with the selected device. It may have been turned off, or otherwise disconnected.” But machine is blinking green, on. Tried to use above supporting documents tools but doesn’t seem to have worked. Oh says sorry file is too large.

Now one uploaded, you can see 2 different tries at naming when adding printer again, to try to get to be recgnized, no dice!
