Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Probably two years agp

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Yes twice and they give me a time and date they will call or text and they have not done so

Ok, go to iforgot.apple.com and reset the password ***** an email reset.

Once reset you should be able to gain access to the iPad.

I have done that and it resets the Apple ID for [email protected] yahoo.com but not the***@******.***

That is what has my old I pad locked up when I try and activate it
