Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

Spark transferred the details of my old phone so I have cellphone contacts but I cannot put in my Apple ID to download apps I have already perched on my ipad

I am getting your questions, I think I have solved the problem, I upgraded the phone as asked and everything fell into place and I was asked for my particulars etc and have set a new Apple ID and am just waiting for more questions to answer. Thank you for putting up with me but I think I'm sorted
