Ok, then you will need to reset the password ***** Apple.

Please click this link to begin: http://iforgot.apple.com

When you put in your Apple ID and the security check, you have two ways to reset the password.

You can use security questions, or a password ***** email. Choose one and when you have reset your password ***** can use the new password ***** your iPhone.

Ok, well then what you are describing sounds a bit different.

Is the iPhone prompting you for a password, and suggesting the Apple ID?

What is the suggested Apple ID if so? It will be something like s***@**m
