Once you enter your AppleID and the security check, you can either reset by getting a reset email or by answering security questions.

When you have reset your password ***** can use the new one to sign into iTunes.

You are the only one who can resolved my issue. I only looked into this service and in talking to you about it I ended up with a $36.00 plus $5.00 charge on my account. Since I got absolutely no service from you at all I would appreciate a credit on my checking account.
