I am unable to send messages on my I-Phone! I can receive messages but cannot send

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?

The past week. I had the same issue with my desktop and my Ipad and I worked thru Cox on these issues and was able to get both other devices working OK, but they said they tried everything with the phone and I should contact apple!
