I just tried to...

I just tried to download the High Sierra OS for Mac and my computer crashed. One issue I spotted was that the internet connection through my Time Machine was disconnected. I had to reboot and reload the system from Time Machine. What should I do to get a clean download for High Sierra?

Quicken, Safari, probably Pages and Mail.

I just bought a new Mac Mini on Dec 5 with 8GB 1600 MHz, 2.6 GHz Intel Core 15 processor

Is this Apple. Or some other company? I would think since this is a recently bought Apple product I would get support free.

Delete both of them and then download again from the App Store to make sure they are not corrupt.
