  1. Use a wall power outlet and check for firm connections between your charging cable, USB wall adapter, and wall outlet.
  2. Remove any debris from the charging port on the bottom of your device, then firmly plug your charging cable into your device. If the charging port is damaged, your device will needs service.

as far as fixing the problem ,no good got a better response from google and no i don't need another expert as the phone as now gone back to apple,plus i would like you to put back the money you have taken from my account as i DONT need further assistance or a 7 day free trial regards ***** *****
