Hi, iam trying to purchase an app named touchchat. iam trying to pay with credit card and paypal and nothing is working

Right now. i just bought an ipad

I didnt work with it many years. 2 credit cards right now didnt work and i tried with it.

Just it. the ipad is new. bought it yesterday. we never use anything from ipad so we dont know what to do.

Also try this on your ipad, Go to Settings > General > Restrictions. Turn off Enable Restrictions.

Go into Settings then App Store & iTunes then sign out

Restart your iPad

Go into Settings then App store & iTunes then sign back in

Now try to make the purchase

There is . In my ipad this is how it calls. Also I find it in the iTunes. Touchchat AAC is the same program only in english
