I have been trying to connect my email on my iPad. I went through all the steps. I received a notification from Microsoft "We've noted that you prefer not to use Outlook Mobile app. Outlook.com will resume syncing with your device." What's the syncing process. It has been two hours and no emails have come through.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I don't know what you mean. My email on my desktop is windows live mail.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

I am getting mail on my desk top (Windows Ten) I am not getting mail on my iPad.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

All I want to know is how I can get my email on my iPad. I did what it asked when I powered up the iPad but it won't sync.
