Having terrible time with...

Having terrible time with iPad - my Apple ID is constantly/consistently refused by the App Store though I have changed it successfully (password ***** security questions too) according to. MY Account. Please help.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Yesterday (have ackowledgement from Apple) and it appears, as I say, on My Account. Otherwise my old ID***@******.*** seems to be what you think my ID is - arg.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?

Honestly I don't remember - I've done it so many times. Maybe not.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I'm not young or very smart about computers... tho been using them for years. The iPad is new to me, and almost useless....
