I received an E-mail stating that my account is locked and I had to do something BEFORE 12/1 I only received it on the 1st

A week or 2 ago all I wanted to do was buy a song and it gave me so much trouble I don't even remember what the password ***** *****

The email you received was a phishing scam e-mail. Did you click the link in the email to update your password? If you did, you've then sent your password ***** the phishing guys. You need to change it by going to www.apple.com to secure yourself.
