I AM BEING ASKED FOR MY VOICEMAIL PASSWORD, AND THIS IS A FIRST: I HAVE NO PASSWORD. I AM UNABLE TO ACCESS VOICEMAIL. PLEASE HELP.

Technician's Assistant: When were you last able to use your phone?

I ACCESSED VOICEMAIL THIS MORNING, THEN COULD NOT DO SO THHIS AFTERNOON WITHOUT A PASSWORD. I CAN MAKE REGULAR PHONE CALLS, AND LAST DID THIS TEN MINUTES AGO.
