JA: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?
Customer: not sure
JA: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I followed on-line instructions to no avail

First, reset your password ***** visiting Apple's support site for Apple ID passwords. If you're able to reset your password, then try logging out and back in of iTunes or iCloud on your device. https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid
