I received an email, supposedly from you, saying that my Apple ID was locked because someone tried to log in from an unauthorized device yesterday. I did not attempt to log in yesterday. Is this email the real deal, or is someone phishing?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last change your password ***** Apple ID?

Not yesterday. Perhaps last month. Unsure.

Technician's Assistant: Did you try resetting through Apple's online account reset tool?
