I have an IPhone 7 plus

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your smartphone? What have you tried so far?

Since about 6pm I have tried passcodes and to reset my apple password, no luck

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

I asked for recovery support but it will take up 3 days I need access before then

If you have already been through the apple forgot apple id password ***** and it already said you had to wait 3 days it could be that is the only option as there security is very secure and sometimes to secure for situations like this. However, if you let me know your apple id I can see as sometimes it will allow you to receive a verification code to a phone number or phone call. Please let me know what your apple id is. Thanks.
