Your phone line said that I didn't have a plan for free apple support. But I do have a plan. My serial number is ***** My desktop has gone blank.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your iMac? What troubleshooting have you tried?

I don't remember when I purchased the iMac. Maybe ten years ago or maybe less. I'm not sure. I haven't tried any troubleshooting. I'm 77 and haven't really mastered much knowledge of this machine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

The screen went blank after I set up my icloud connection.
