I wonder why I can't seem to get a changed password ***** iTunes to work across three devices

Technician's Assistant: When did you last reset your username and password?

About two weeks ago.

Technician's Assistant: What's the model and Operating System (OS) of your device?

The mac book pro is 10.9.5. the iPhone is 5 and the iPad I can't find at the moment.

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your MacBook? What troubleshooting have you tried?

It's at least 5 yeas old. I just try changong the password ***** one (usually the computer) and it doesn't work on the iPad.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?

No, I just want a suggestion to try.
