Why can’t I sync 2 Fitbit devices to my Bluetooth on my iPhone 6

Technician's Assistant: When did you purchase your iPhone 6? What troubleshooting have you tried?

Purchased 3 years ago have had all updates installed. Troubleshooting Fitbit & Bluetooth. It would seem I can have two Fitbit devices but need maybe to prioritise order of syncing. Unfortunately there is nowhere in settings/Bluetooth to do this.

Yes, I have just purchased this Charge 2 Fitbit (yesterday) and given the Charge HR to my husband. So the Charge HR has been syncing OK up till now. I have installed on my Fitbit account Multi Tracker which advised to do. Now perhaps I need to prioritise Bluetooth! Don’t know what else to do!

I will be wearing my Fitbit and my husband his. Both were on Bluetooth listing but one connected and the other saying not connected. Whilst troubleshooting one response to a similar question said to prioritise the listing. Unfortunately the only instruction on my Bluetooth is Forget this Device, which I have. How do I either prioritise or have both Fitbit connect to Bluetooth. I have an iPhone 6.

there is not such thing as priority for Bluetooth devices, they either connect or they do not.

But you cannot for both at the same time on the same device sorry, the reason is then the phone does not know which device to communicate with, and would not be able to operate correctly.

It is the same for a bluetooth speaker, a phone cannot do multiple ones at the same time, it needs to communicate with one device at a time for function.

you would need to have a dedicated phone to synch the second one to.
