Probably by accident yesterday..not shure

Device is fairly new..so yes..

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

What was offered on the apple id site..problem seems to be that my phone is not an iphone

Device was turned off..passcode is required to enable touch I'd..seems I accidentally changed that
