Since installing version 10.13.1...

Since installing version 10.13.1 my e-mail [email protected] does not work and I am unable to activate my telkom account, despite getting new passwords from telkom. Please respond to***@******.***

Technician's Assistant: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?

I have had it for about 3 years, but being 75 years old am "technically disadvantaged".

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

Yes, about a week ago and since then my e-mail is dysfunctional. Also unable to successfully install downloaded ACROBAT READER.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Nothing, I do not know how.
