I have been a very satisfied APpple Mac customer for at least 8 years. I purchased an Apple Macbook 12" screen on June 30 this year to receive the Government Tax benefit for small business.

Technician's Assistant: Just to clarify, how old is your MacBook and what operating system are you running?

I have a problem with the interface between Office for Mac which I purchased on June 30 at the same time as my Macbook purchase. I think I comnected to iCloud prematurely, w/o understanding its significance. In any event whatever is happwneing when i attempt to attach files form iCloud on my desktop, I usually fail to attach and other odd things happen.

Technician's Assistant: Have you installed any updates recently?

As a result of ttyhse events I became so frustrated this morning when I spent almost one hour attempting to attach a file to an email to a business s]associate that I decided I should visit your Chatswood , Sydney, shop to talk with somebody. I didn't expect when I went looking for its phone number to call before departing that I should enter a chat room

I have tried all sorts of deadends which I really don't understand anyway
