My i phone says sub-software-mobile-buy .site WARNING! your iPhone is infected with a virus and immediate action is required!

I don't know what my iPhone has. where do I find it

I'm sorry about the issue. Please try the following fix:

  1. Open the Settings app icon on your iPhone:
  2. There, tap on the Safari option (if needed, scroll down first.)
  3. Then tap on the option Clear History and Website Data (if needed, scroll down first.)
  4. Then tap on the option Clear.
  5. Open Safari app, and it should work now.

If needed, press the Home button (which is right below the iPhone's screen), then try the steps above again.

- If needed, on the iPhone, press and hold both the Power (On / Off) button and the Home button (which is located right below the screen) together for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears, then wait a bit. Then log in your iPhone and try the steps again:

  1. Open the Settings app icon on your iPhone:
  2. There, tap on the Safari option (if needed, scroll down first.)
  3. Then tap on the option Clear History and Website Data (if needed, scroll down first.)
  4. Then tap on the option Clear.
  5. Open Safari app, and it should work now.

- Does this issue occur only when you open the Safari app? Or another app, or everything?
